Hand in Hand Consultancy is looking for people to join its team of Solution Shoppers, providing mystery shopping services to businesses wishing to improve their customer service. You will get paid to shop and get the goods or services you have purchased for FREE!

What is a Solution Shopper?
A Solution Shopper enters a retail outlet anonymously, poses as a regular customer, makes a purchase then, in the privacy of their own home, completes a report on the level of service and other aspects of the business under review. You may be asked to purchase goods or services at a restaurant, bar, café, petrol station, cinema, health club, retail outlet or any other business that relies on customers for its livelihood. You get paid to shop and then report back on the service they offering. What’s more, depending on the business you are assessing, you will get the goods or services purchased absolutely free.

Who Can Become a Solution Shopper?
Anyone 18 or older can become a Solution Shopper. Good verbal and written communications are vital, and you will need to be well organised and self motivated. As the hours are flexible, Solution Shopping often suits students, stay-at-home parents, retired folk or those already in paid employment who are wishing to supplement their income.

What Does a Solution Shopper Get Paid?
Solution Shoppers get paid per assignment, usually between $25 and $50. Your pay will go directly into your nominated bank account and will be paid monthly.

How Much Work Can I Expect?
It depends on your location and availability. While some Solution Shoppers will earn a full-time wage, the majority will fit assignments in between study, family, volunteering and other commitments. It is best to look at Solution Shopping as a great way to bring extra part-time income into your household.

How Do I Find Out About My Assignments?
You will be emailed all the details you need for each assignment. This will include the location, the goods or services you will need to purchase and any instructions specific to that particular business.

How Long Does it Take to Complete an Assignment?
Each assignment takes from five to 30 minutes, but there is preparation time of up to 30 minutes and a further 15 minutes (approximately) required after the assignment to fill out the business assessment form and email it back to Hand in Hand Consultancy.

Can I Say No to Assignments?
Absolutely! You will be emailed your assignment and asked to confirm your ability to deliver the report by the due date. If you are unavailable or unsure if you can get the job done by the deadline, you simply decline that particular assignment.

Do I Need Any Special Equipment?
You will need a computer or access to one so that you can receive your assignments (via email) and file your completed Solution Shopper reports. You will also need a driver’s licence and use of a car.
